Desired Traits in Your Reporting Manager
On more than one occasion and for one reason or another we always say that our boss lacks in X, Y, Z or he should have A, B, C skills, therefore, if you are given a choice to hire your own boss, what traits/qualities you would be look for? What skills you want in your boss? For me the three qualities that I always look for in my boss are:
1) Being Decisive .
2) Knowledgeable & Intelligent .
3) Responsible .
