The words Happy and Satisfaction may look alike.
But there is a huge gape between these two.
Happiness is what we are feeling good about our improvement over to your past. But the Satisfaction is all about we feel the end of what could be done.
In appraising any employee, or during self assessment, we should always be happy if we are growing and if we start feeling satisfied, that could be the end of our achievements..
